Due to the nature of these products and the potential risks associated with cultivation, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for services, clones, tissue culture, or seeds.

Refund Policy for Apparel:

For apparel purchased through our online store, we offer a refund policy within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, the apparel must be unworn, in its original condition, accompanied by proof of purchase, and must be in its original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will initiate the refund process. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping expenses.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

    • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

    • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Exchanges:

We do not offer direct exchanges for cannabis clones, tissue culture, or seeds. If you have concerns or issues with your purchase, please contact our customer support team, and we will do our best to address any problems promptly.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive clones, tissue culture, or seeds that are damaged or defective, please notify us within [number of days, e.g., 7 days] of delivery. We may request photographic evidence to assess the issue. In such cases, we will work with you to find an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or credit toward future purchases.

Non-Delivery:

Cancellations:

You may cancel your order for apparel before it has been shipped. However, since cannabis clones, tissue culture, and seeds are perishable items, orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed and shipped.
